Terms of Use

🤝 Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Creative Noesis ("we", "us") for use of the Stetly iOS app ("Stetly", "the app"). By downloading or using Stetly you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

🔑 1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Stetly on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

🌐 2. Your Sites and Your Content

Stetly is a tool for publishing to WordPress sites that you own or are authorised to administer. You are responsible for the sites you connect, for having permission to publish to them, and for everything you publish through the app. We do not review, host, moderate or store your content — it goes directly from your device to your own site.

You agree not to use Stetly to publish anything unlawful, or in any way that breaks the law or the rules of your web host.

💳 3. Free Version and Stetly Pro

Stetly's free version connects one WordPress site. Stetly Pro unlocks unlimited sites and additional features, and is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for continued access to the Pro features of Stetly. It does not entitle you to a different product, a future separate app, or a refund of a subscription.

↩️ 4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

🔒 5. Privacy

Stetly collects no personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains what the app stores on your device and who it communicates with, and forms part of these terms.

🔄 6. Availability and Changes

We may update Stetly, change its features, or stop distributing it. Stetly depends on the WordPress REST API and on Application Passwords; changes to WordPress, to a plugin, to your host's configuration, or to iOS may affect whether parts of the app work with a given site. We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress installation.

⚠️ 7. No Warranty

Stetly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Stetly. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

🚪 9. Termination

These terms apply until terminated. They end automatically if you stop using the app and delete it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms.

🍎 10. Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Stetly or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you, to the extent required by the App Store Terms of Service.

WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Stetly is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the WordPress Foundation or Automattic Inc.

🏛️ 12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [CITY / COUNTRY] have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
