Shape Match & Learn is an educational matching game for children ages 2–5, developed by Creative Noesis. We take your family's privacy seriously — especially when it comes to children.

📋 Data Collection

Shape Match & Learn does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information
• No device identifiers or hardware information
• No location data
• No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• No photos, videos, or audio recordings
• No cookies or similar tracking technologies

All game progress, collected items, and settings are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to any server.

👶 Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Shape Match & Learn is designed for children and is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the children's data provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• The app does not require account creation or login
• No user profiles are created
• No social media features or external links are present within the app

🔗 Third-Party Services

Shape Match & Learn does not use any third-party services that collect data:

• No advertising SDKs — The app is completely ad-free
• No analytics tools — No Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar services
• No social media SDKs — No sharing or login integrations
• No crash reporting tools — No external error logging

The only external interaction is through the Apple App Store for the optional in-app purchase to unlock additional worlds. This transaction is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

📶 Internet & Offline Use

Shape Match & Learn works 100% offline. No internet connection is required to download content, play the game, or access any features. All images, sounds, and data are bundled with the app at install time.

An internet connection is only needed for:

• Downloading the app from the App Store
• Processing the optional in-app purchase (handled by Apple)
• Downloading app updates from the App Store

💰 In-App Purchases

The app offers a single, optional, one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional themed worlds. This purchase is processed entirely through the App Store and we do not receive any payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).

Purchase confirmation and restoration are handled through your Apple ID, which we do not have access to.

🔐 Data Security

Since we do not collect any data, there is no personal data to secure, breach, or lose. Game progress stored on your device is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

If you delete the app, all locally stored game data (progress, collected items, settings) is permanently removed.

📝 Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Since the app does not collect data, significant changes to this policy are unlikely.
